The Tulare County Health and Human Services Agency announced this morning the first confirmed case of COVID-19 found in Tulare County. So far there is only one case confirmed, but officials encourage mass public events be postponed until further notice to limit the spread of the virus. Thus far several city run events, as well as the Lion’s Breakfast Club’s St. Patricks Day and Irish Fest events have been cancelled.
