PT 016: Homelessness is less political and more of a public health hazard

Homelessness in the United States has gone down overall but in California it is still a growing concern. In fact most of all unsheltered homeless people are in California. And with their living conditions causing issues like Hepatitis A outbreaks such as the case of San Diego, the issue has gone beyond politics and more into public health. Reggie covered a homelessness summit last week that appeared in our paper the Sun-Gazette, and we bring the issue on the podcast to discuss how the experts have suggested we solve it. Then we discuss our segment uncovered where we talk about one thing outside our coverage area or something we uncovered during the week.
